delighted

I have just finished reading all the replies from David Levy in CGTALK. It has been great to know how these great artists thinking. I have some highlight from his answer from the forum. Take a look and be delighted.

"Shortcuts are dangerous when your art (is actually) based on how much you practice. In short I mean that if you want to master fantasy, you have to master reality."

"Drawing is the architecture behind painting. Draw first, but start practicing painting on the side. Think of a plan of attack, and decide of a project that would motivate you that would also help you raise your abilities."

"If you are always protected from failing, you will never know who you are. Face your fears!"

I plan to go back to traditional media one of these days. To find back those wonderful times that I never had enough. I’m doing some concept now and see what I may have this weekend.

Oh I actually have lot of stuffs to put in here. Has been experiment with some Photoshop brushes. A very fruitful discovery. But oh well, I like short and frequent post. Easy to write and easy to read.
