As I heard Chinese Martial Heroes novel or stories, there always goes with people fighting for the long lost ultimate old sacred booklet. It contains the ultimate techniques of a certain style of kung fu. Once you learn it, you’ll be a master.

I can’t believe it happen in art community. As it goes to a series of art learning book from Andrew Loomis, art people call it – the loomis book. It was published in 40s and 50s. Figure Drawing For All It's Worth is the ever-popular among the series which by 1943 it gone 6th printing and by 1973 in its 25th printing. Its teaching skills and insightful contents have made many inspiring artist rising up. But sad news is these books are no longer in print. Students are willing to pay up to 100 bucks to beat for the relic. But thank God, I got those books. ;) Haha.
